EARTHQUAKE STRIKES SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

A strong earthquake struck Southern California early this morning, sending shudders through the region. The epicenter was located about thirty miles northwest of Los Angeles.{ While the intensity is still being assessed, early reports indicate a significant event.
